Job Description

  • To assist patient with activities daily living including shower, grooming, transferring, lifting, feeding, exercise according to customize plan.
  • To be able to transport and escorting patients for leisure outside activities or appointments.
  • To encourage patient to take proper meals and adequate fluids while abiding patient’s right to refuse or choice.
  • To be able to maintain patient’s daily records; Medication administration, leisure activities, any changes of conditions, emotional conditions etc.
  • To follow policy and procedure in any emergency situations and respond as per needed.
  • Able to provide emotional support and encourage to carry out necessary tasks.

Responsibilities

  1. Serves as a representative by entertaining leads, patients, clients and visitors in request on their needs for the company's services in all medium
  2. Understanding and implement the process needed for the physiotherapy appointment
  3. Managing overall front desk and waiting area
  4. Update and promoting company's services/campaign and announcement to the patients and clients
  5. Database management
  6. Representative and securing access to collaborations with health institutions, gym, pharmacies or related organization to widen the network for the company
  7. Assist in the marketing for branding initiative
  8. Assist in any assign task by superior

Requirements

  1. Preferably possess at least Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy/ Sport Science/ any health science courses or equivalent .Other courses are still invited to apply.
    2Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
    3. Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc)
    4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    5. Able to work in Wangsa Maju

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department and make sure timely submission of financial reports

Requirement

  • Possess minimum bachelor’s degree (Accounting/Finance)

  • To provide professional nursing services and patient care.
  • Follows established nursing process, including patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Ensures adherence to policies and nursing procedures, standards, and practices.
  • Performs assessment and evaluation of new and existing patients to determine nursing process.
  • Administers prescribed medications, applies sterile dressings, performs phlebotomy, and vital signs.
  • Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
  • May perform specialized nursing procedures related to the unique needs of a particular patient.

Job Description

  • Responsible to handle fully physiotherapist services and schedule to reach upmost patient satisfaction in the centre or house call
  • Conduct and examine patient complaint and condition, provide consultation treatment based on assessment.
  • Ensure the treatment arranged/proposed to ease the pain, reduce pain, relief the uneasiness, aimed to achieve agreed resolution between patient and physiotherapist.
  • Managed patient’s complaints by provide proper explanation and guidance based on matters arisen, with specific/written record to avoid miss-leaded information.
  • Revised if necessary scheduled treatment session based on changes of the treatment given, and to propose follow up treatment session based on patient capacity and responses, and capability.
  • To optimize the planned daily scheduled, accommodate changes if required and to meet patient’s demand.
  • Join any events that have been organized from the company
  • Undergo tasks that have been assigned by superior

 

Job Requirement

  • Must possess at least Degree in Physiotherapy

  • Conduct end to end video process for promotional and marketing videos, content series, creative ads, company event videos
  • Create storyboard, storyline script, script, handle camera angle
  • Conduct research on the new trends and digital marketing strategies to keep up with competitors
  • Involve in ad-hoc tasks in relation with the department

Requirements

  • Posses at least Diploma/Degree in, Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Technology or any related field
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Motion Graphic or equivalent
  • Technical knowledge in producing video, audio editing and shooting equipment
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
