Job Description

  • Responsible to handle fully physiotherapist services and schedule to reach upmost patient satisfaction in the centre or house call
  • Conduct and examine patient complaint and condition, provide consultation treatment based on assessment.
  • Ensure the treatment arranged/proposed to ease the pain, reduce pain, relief the uneasiness, aimed to achieve agreed resolution between patient and physiotherapist.
  • Managed patient’s complaints by provide proper explanation and guidance based on matters arisen, with specific/written record to avoid miss-leaded information.
  • Revised if necessary scheduled treatment session based on changes of the treatment given, and to propose follow up treatment session based on patient capacity and responses, and capability.
  • To optimize the planned daily scheduled, accommodate changes if required and to meet patient’s demand.
  • Join any events that have been organized from the company
  • Undergo tasks that have been assigned by superior

Job Requirement

  • Must possess at least Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Applicants that are equip with manual techniques are encouraged to apply
  • Must possess own transport
  • Have great communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate (Word & Excel)
  • Able to work in a rotation schedule
