Job Description

1. Responsible to handle fully physiotherapist services and schedule to reach upmost patient satisfaction in the centre or house call
2. Conduct and examine patient complaint and condition, provide consultation treatment based on assessment.
3. Ensure the treatment arranged/proposed to ease the pain, reduce pain, relief the uneasiness, aimed to achieve agreed resolution between patient and physiotherapist.
4. Managed patient’s complaints by provide proper explanation and guidance based on matters arisen, with specific/written record to avoid miss-leaded information.
5. Revised if necessary scheduled treatment session based on changes of the treatment given, and to propose follow up treatment session based on patient capacity and responses, and capability.
6. To optimize the planned daily scheduled, accommodate changes if required and to meet patient’s demand.
7. Join any events that have been organized from the company
8. Undergo tasks that have been assigned by superior

 Job Requirement

1. Must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Physiotherapy ONLY. Other courses are not accepted.
2. Applicants that are equip with manual techniques are encouraged to apply
3. Must possess own transport
4. Have great communication skills
5. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
6. Computer literate (Word & Excel)
7. Able to work in a rotation schedule
8. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
9. Completed Vaccination

What You’ll Do

📌 *Junior Creative Executive

• Shoot and edit videos for campaigns, events, social media, and ads.

• Design posters, banners, and simple marketing materials.

• Assist in planning creative content for brand campaigns.

• Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and quality standards.

• Support the marketing team with any creative needs (photo/video).

📌 Collaboration
Work with Marketing Manager for campaigns, events & launches.
Coordinate with physiotherapists / caregivers for educational content.

What We’re Looking For

🎓 Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates of Media/Photography related fields

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 2–3 years experience in social media management
• Bonus: background in healthcare content

💡 Skills
• Creative eye for visuals & brand aesthetics
• Good communication & customer engagement skills
• Able to work under deadlines and juggle multiple projects
• Basic analytics knowledge (Meta, TikTok)
• Canva/CapCut skills is a must
