1. Scope of Services

Physiogo provides professional physiotherapy services, including:

• Manual Therapy
• Heat & Electro Therapy
• Exercise Therapy
• Checkup & Consultation

 

These services are offered through:

• In-Centre Treatment at our listed branches
• Housecall Physiotherapy Services
• Corporate Physiotherapy & Wellness Programs

 

2.  Service Availability

All services are provided strictly by appointment only and are subject to therapist availability. To maintain our standard of personalised care and comfort, we do not offer walk-in treatments. Clients must book their appointments in advance via the customer service contact numbers.

 

3.  Service Fulfilment Timeline

Upon booking confirmation, treatment sessions will be scheduled based on:

• Client’s preferred date/time
• Therapist availability
• Type of service (In-Centre or Housecall)

 

Housecall Services may require additional coordination time, particularly for outstation or special cases.

 

4.  Service Modifications & Rescheduling

• Clients may request to reschedule appointments by contacting the branch at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Physiogo reserves the right to reschedule appointments in the event of emergencies, staff unavailability, or public holidays. In such cases, clients will be informed

 

5.  Service Non-Delivery

PhysioGo will not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to:

• Incorrect contact or address details provided by the client
• Client unavailability during scheduled time
• Situations beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, accidents, or traffic disruptions for Housecalls)

 

6.  Service Completion

A service is considered successfully delivered when:

• The treatment session has been conducted at the scheduled location and time, and
• The physiotherapist has completed all therapy procedures as planned

 

Clients are encouraged to communicate any feedback immediately after each session for continuous service improvement.
