2.  Appointments & Cancellations

  • Providing accurate identification protects patient safety, prevents errors in treatment, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations in Malaysia.

 

4.  Health & Safety Policy

  • Clients who are diagnosed with, or suspected of having, an infectious disease (including but not limited to COVID-19, influenza, chickenpox, etc.) are advised not to attend the clinic.
  • Appointments should be rescheduled until the condition has fully resolved, to ensure the safety and well-being of other clients and Physiogo staff.
  • Physiogo reserves the right to deny entry or treatment to anyone showing symptoms of contagious illness, in the interest of public health and safety.

 

5. Promotions, Packages & Pricing

  • All promotions and packages are non-refundable and non-

  • Clients are expected to treat Physiogo staff, other clients, and clinic property with respect at all
  • Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to verbal abuse, discrimination, threats, or sexual harassment towards staff or other clients, will not be tolerated.
  • Physiogo reserves the right to immediately discontinue services and remove any individual engaging in such behaviour.
